Did you ever know the food that you eat contains how much sugar? I never knew and never bother .. I eat what I like to eat ..
But one day, I received an email from a friend of mine .. She sent me this email "How much SUGAR in your food?" As I browse through, never did I know that all my favorite food contains that much sugar .. No wonder I'm always so giddy .. Must be those sugar ..
As you all know, too much of something is always not good for you .. Sugar .. Too much can cause diabetes .. Having diabetes is no nonsense disease and it is very hard to live once you have diabetes .. You cannot eat this, cannot eat that .. You have to be on medication for life .. So if you don't want to end up like that .. Better control what you eat .. And eat healthy!
Have a look at some of the food .. You'll be shocked!
Even my favorite juice contains that much sugar .. 12 freaking blocks of white sugar!!
No more Skittles from now on .. Arghhh!!

And Haegan-Daz too .. But .. Once in a while no harm right .. Ehehe ..
Not Starbucks too .. Sad ..

There goes my McFlurry .. Bye bye ..

In order to stay healthy, must eat healthy ..

No wonder its so arrghh to eat carrots .. Not sweet at all ..

Luckily .. My favorite salad dressing is still okay ..
